The Marlton United Methodist Church has been mission minded in the past but wanted to make one particular mission project a primary one throughout the year. After prayer and discernment we knew God was leading us to the Camden area and Kids Alley.

Over this past year, we have gotten involved by committing one Saturday a month to help teach classes and provide support in whatever way needed. Once or twice a year our youth and youth pastor go over and provide the entire program. Around Thanksgiving we had Kids Alley at our church to sing for our worship services and had breakfast for them. The children along with Pastor Vivian were so inspirational it made our congregation want to do more. We also support them financially at different times during the year.

During Christmas we collected toys, coats and warm clothing. Some of our people went to the Christmas Rally. Kids Alley was outstanding. Some Saturdays we provide lunches for 120 young people. We are now working on how to help with Easter baskets. We also provide support in other ways as needed. Last, but not least, we pray for them and for revival in Camden.

We have been inspired and dramatically touched by the work Pastor Vivian and her team are doing at Kids Alley. God is truly bringing these precious children to the Lord through their tremendous efforts. More is needed, may we all hear the call. It takes us ALL.
